Return Policy

Parcel defect ( before signing your parcel)

All products will be inspected, wrapped with bubble wrap and packed in a flyer/ box (according to the number of products). If you noticed the parcel is being opened/ defective/ not in good condition upon received, please do not sign and accept the parcel. Ask the courier to return back the parcel to the senderTake a photo of the parcel with a consignment note and contact us as soon as possible. Once confirmed, we will send you a new parcel within three (3) working days.

Defect product

All products will be wrapped with bubble wrap firmly before being shipped and our product is not a fragile item. However, if you found out there is any defect of a product when you open your parcel, please take a clear photo of the defective products and send it to us (with the product batch number and code). We will do compensate or replace a new product to you within three (3) working days.

Wrong parcel

All orders will be checked and packed carefully. If you found out that the product received isn’t the same as what you ordered (chance is rare), please take a photo of the product(s) received, and send it to us. We will contact you to arrange for the return of the parcel or send the exact product to you within three (3) working days.

Please Take Note:

No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of usage. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging must be in place for a replacement to be issued.

Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or use of products caused by customers.

If the item is returned for any other reason (except parcel defect/ product defect/ wrong parcel), customers are responsible for the return shipping fee amount.

No returns/ replacement will be accepted after 14 days from the date parcel being received.
